Under Ram's leadership, the Haran Group achieved notable success, including being the first in the UAE to secure a retail franchise with Du Stores, where they enhanced performance and customer satisfaction, earning the prestigious Best Franchisee Award.

Ram's extensive career includes nearly a decade with Vodafone UK, where he advanced through their Graduate Development Programme and played a key role in the launch of 3G services. His expertise also includes consulting for Du Telecom in Dubai during its formative years.

A passionate advocate of business networking, Ram is the Director - External Affairs for the Sri Lanka Business Council for Dubai and the Northern Emirates (SLBC), a Gold member of Indian Business and Professional Council (IBPC) and a long-standing member of the British Business Group (BBG). Originally from Jaffna, Sri Lanka, Ram relocated to the UK before settling in Dubai 15 years ago.
