So I managed, for the second time THIS year, to leave my iPhone on top of the car and drive off. The first time I wasn't so lucky and didn't realise until it was too late. That's where Ram came to the rescue to deliver me a shiny new iPhone 6.

Well the screen of that shiny new iPhone 6 was smashed to pieces when I saw it bouncing along the road in my rearview mirror.

It accidentally stopped working, and I was very concerned about losing all my data stored inside of it —all my work, all my pictures, a lot of memories.

Then I called you, and you sent one of your employees to pick it up and check what's wrong. My data was saved. On the very next day, I had all the memory delivered back to me on a hard drive. This is a story about honest advice - as an insurance broker our survival and success is based on providing honest advice it's something I appreciate. Just recently I was stuck, my iPhone 6 plus kept freezing and then restarting and then the clock was off (a few missed alarms in the morning) and the final straw was the fact my Wi-Fi simply could not be switched on.

I was so frustrated and I naturally called on Mr. Ram Pillai MD Haran Communications to help me with my phone. I wanted to see if he could just take it and fix it since I did give him a different phone previously about 2 months ago and he and his team simply took care of it so effortlessly and with fantastic service.
